Candace and Myron July 7, 2012 Gardenside

Although the internet craze of choreographed wedding dances has faded, couples still find it both entertaining and sentimental. Candace and Myron, married on the eighth of July, chose their first dance as a showcase of song and movement that influenced their relationship. Starting with a traditional waltz, the couple seamlessly broke out into Soulja Boy’s, “Crank That.”

Unconventionality and music were seen beyond the dance in the Groom’s guitar styled cake made by Creations Cakes and the bride’s four tiered alternating teal and white cake with a topper that reflected their easy going style. Keeping with the color scheme, the bride donned teal converse throughout her ceremony and reception.

The couple was definitely able to transfer their fun personality to their guests but still maintained a touching sense of sentiment as well. During the ceremony, Candace presented Myron’s son with a necklace as a token of her affection and love, a love that could be felt and seen by all of their guests.

The night was capped off with a delightful dinner from Catering by Celebrations, floral arrangements created by Oak Leaf Floral, and bartending done by Elite.

On behalf of everyone from Granberry, we wish Candace and Myron a fruitful and long marriage!
