Wedding

  • Do we need to hire a coordinator?

    Technically, no. Your package already includes a dedicated day-of coordinator who will manage your timeline seamlessly! Unlike typical venue managers, our experienced coordinators create a detailed timeline and oversee your event from start to finish. However, we also love working with event planners! If you’ve already hired one, we welcome them to meet with us so we can execute a flawless event together!

  • Do you have a back up plan for rain?

    One of the most amazing benefits of booking Granberry Hills is how our ceremony sites are set up! Our Gardenside has a beautiful pavilion that acts as a back-up that gives you the luxury of having your event outdoors and not inside the ballroom. Our Hillside pavilion is already a covered space—making it easy to host your ceremony year around! See our Elements page for more information.

  • Can I bring in my own caterer?

    Granberry Hills partners with trusted catering companies to ensure top-notch service for your event. Our approved list features outstanding full-service caterers who deliver exceptional quality, service, and value. Check out our caterers list HERE. Please contact our offices for more information. 

Teen

  • Can we do an “Open Invite”?

    We pride ourselves on the organization and structure of our Teen Events and do not allow “Open Invites”. Our venue staff, catering staff, and vendors are hired to serve the headcount that is reflected in your contract.

  • Can we take our Teen’s portrait photos on the property?

    ABSOLUTELY! Any client that has a contract with us can take photos prior to their event on our property free of charge. Call our event managers to schedule an appropriate time. Check out our Teen Events Gallery.

  • Can we hire our own vendors?

    Apart from our bartenders, security, and catering companies, you are welcome to bring in your own décor, photographer, photo booth, backdrops, cake, etc. Please contact our event managers for insurance requirements for each. 

Corporate

  • Can our committee arrive early to set up?

    Booking here means you won’t have to! We allow our corporate clients to drop off menus, thank you cards, programs, or favors days before for our team to set up. If there are items that your team specifically sets up, we do allow you to come sooner-contact our event managers for more details.

  • Do you provide A/V services?

    Yes, we can! We partner with the best A/V companies in town to provide staging, speakers, microphones, screens, and more! Check out our Corporate Events Gallery.

  • Do you have parking on-site?

    Yes! Both of our venues offer complimentary private parking for our clients! We can also accommodate shuttles and ride-share services.
