Our pricing is determined by several factors:

Let’s start with what everyone gets.

Our Reception Rentals include:

  • Tables and Chairs

  • Standard Floor-Length Linens and Napkins
    (Black, White, or Ivory)

  • China, Crystal, and Silverware

  • All Setup and Cleanup (even if it’s your own decor!)

  • Event Coordinator

  • 4 Event Hours (Hours can extended with approval)

Adding a Ceremony:

  • White padded chairs

  • 1 Hour for Rehearsal with a Coordinator

  • 1 Hour for Dress Time

  • 1 Hour for Ceremony & Photos

Pick Your Add-ons & Upgrades

    • OPEN BAR - You supply the alcohol, we hire the bartenders to serve your guests at no additional charge to them. 

    • CASH BAR - You pay a one time fee for our vendor to bring the alcohol and the guests pay for the drinks. 

    • HOSTED BAR - You pay per guest/per hour for us to supply your alcohol and beverages as an “Open Bar” to your guests.

      • Minimum 3 hours required

    • Add the food with us at $25 per person and let us do the paperwork. 

    • Take the Approved List of Caterers and hire one on your own.

  • Granberry offers 5 unique DJ’s for you to choose from! We allow you to consult with each of them-it’s important that you pick one that you vibe with! You are more than welcome to hire a DJ on your own, we just ask that they have insurance!

    Granberry happily welcomes any mariachis, live bands, harpists, or other musical professionals for your big day!

  • Want a little bit more than black, white, or ivory? 

    Add this package! 

    We offer an array of linens, overlays, sashes, & more in a variety of colors to bring your vision to life!

  • Experience the complete package! Add a touch of elegance to your event with charger plates, room draping, and our stunning centerpieces, all without the hassle of having to do it yourself!

  • A frequently asked question is: Can we stay past the industry standard of 11 PM?

Painting the Picture

While we can’t control everything about your planning process (we wish we could!), our goal is to ensure that your planning with us is stress-free!

The week of your wedding breaks down like this:

Monday/Tuesday

Drop off and check-in all of your items at the venue. Because we do the setup, you’ll be leaving your décor items, alcohol/drinks, sign-in book, card box, etc. Your drop-off day frees you from the hassle of arriving early to unload and unpack everything the day of! These are also the days we are finalizing the vendor check-ins and setup times.

Thursday

Most of our Thursday evenings are blocked off just for your ceremony rehearsal! This is the day you gather your party to run through the details of your ceremony. Your coordinator will also run through final details and any timeline changes :)

Friday-Sunday

WE are on-site to setup and check-in all of your vendors the day of! You take the day to relax and prepare for your big day! When you arrive to the venue, we will do a room reveal with you and check you into your dressing suites :)

At the end of every event, your coordinator and designated persons will pack and load your items into your cars and THAT’S IT! Leave the cleaning to us!
