At Granberry Hills, Melissa’s celebration brought together an ocean of details, entertainment, food, and surprises that kept the party going all night long.

The theme was mermaid magic, and the décor brought the whole concept to life.
Beyond the Decor took on most of the décor, transforming the space into an underwater-inspired celebration filled with the kind of details that make you want to stop and take pictures of everything.
But the biggest transformation might have been the Pavilion.
Instead of simply being another part of the venue, the Pavilion was transformed into a merch store, giving guests an unexpected experience to explore during the celebration.
Because why just have a party when you can have a whole experience?
BBQ, Cake & Everything Delicious
The food for the night was handled by Blanca’s Catering, serving up barbecue that gave everyone plenty of fuel for the party.
And Blanca didn’t stop there.
She also created Melissa’s mermaid-themed cake, bringing the theme from the décor right onto the dessert table. 🧜♀️🎂
It was the perfect combination of Texas BBQ meets under-the-sea glam.
Sweet + Salty = The Perfect Late-Night Snack
Because we all know the real party rule:
You can dance as much as you want, but eventually you need a snack. 😂
An Elote Cart brought the late-night treats with a sweet and salty table, giving guests something fun to grab when the night was still going strong.

Keeping the energy high was DJ Ponce, and this wasn't your typical playlist-and-dance-floor situation.
There were robots, CO₂ guns, and plenty of high-energy entertainment that turned the dance floor into a full-on party experience.
